Is Circulon cookware dishwasher safe?
Most of our modern collections are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend checking the specific product details for your range. To extend the life of your cookware, hand washing is always recommended.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Does Circulon cookware work on induction cooktops?
Many of our collections, such as Circulon Symmetry and SteelShield, are induction-suitable. Please look for the 'Induction Suitable' icon on the product packaging or the specifications tab on our website.
How do I claim my Hassle-Free Lifetime Guarantee?
If your product fails to perform under normal household use, you can submit a warranty claim through our online portal. You will need to provide photos of the defect and proof of purchase.
